Answer to DEVIDIA – I think it’s a misunderstanding between us. When I said SCOTT is an athlete, I mean that seriously he is! What you are speaking about is a very high level competition athlete. The simple qualification “athlete” means that even he is doing bodybuilding he has an athletic body. There are bodybuilders NOT having an athletic body and moving like tanks!

@twinmuscleadvises1 working out on a recreational level is not thesame as being an athlete. he has a nice body, but being an athlete takes so much more than just 1 or 2 hours per day in a gym…

For how do you think you’ll have to workout everyday for a two week period to lose weight and get stronger? Of course with a proper diet etc.. I’m writing a big assignment so I have two weeks off, so I basically have plenty of time to workout.. 2 weeks strict dieting and working out. Do you think that’ll work??

@twinmuscleadvises1 Agree. Although this looks like a great exercise, I cannot do even 1 rep. I have a weak rotator cuff in my right shoulder and this kills me.
